美容において知っておきたいリンパ節は耳下腺リンパ節と顎下リンパ節です。

耳の後ろの耳介後リンパ節、さらに胸鎖乳突筋に沿っている浅頸リンパ節と深頸リンパ節は、頭部や頸部のリンパ節を集めて頸リンパ本幹に注ぎます。

 

フェイシャルリンパマッサージにおける基本

●すべてのリンパは首から鎖骨へつながっている

●顔の中心から外へ流すのが基本

⇒老廃物や異物をとらえるリンパ節は顔の側面、首の両側に集中している。

●リンパは鎖骨下に最終的に流れる

 

この点を踏まえてフェイシャルリンパケアをしていきましょう。
