顔の筋肉は、表情筋と頭蓋筋から成り立っています。

身体と顔は筋肉のつき方が異なり、顔は肌のすぐ下に表情筋がついています。頭蓋筋は表情筋より深い位置にあり、特に咀嚼筋と咬筋は美容に関係の深い筋肉です。
