皮膚は身体全体を覆う人体最大の臓器ともいわれています。

・保護作用、吸収作用、分泌排泄作用、知覚作用、体温調節作用、表現作用など、皮膚には様々な役割があります。

・表皮、真皮、皮下組織の3つの層で構成されています。

表皮はさらに、角質層・顆粒層・有棘層・基底層の4層で構成されています。

それぞれの層が、役割を果たし健やかな皮膚を保っています。

・肌タイプは、ノーマル・オイリー・ドライ・コンビネーションスキンに分けられます。
